Great CX, great location, everything worked and human help was available when necessary

Modern and clean, easy to access. There were small details that made us feel very welcome (a handwritten welcome note, selection of tea/coffee, fresh towels, even cotton pads in the bathroom). There was also a TV and a couch, which was nice.

Sadly, the double bed was a big letdown. It was tiny and placed in a cramped corner, making it impossible to get out without climbing over your partner. Taller or bigger guests would definitely struggle to sleep comfortably here. Future guests really should be made aware of this detail before booking. Also, the building itself felt like a bit of a maze, and finding our room took some time.

Location was really easy to get to from the bus station. Many bars and places to eat nearby. View from the room was mainly another building, but the trees that were a bit further made up for it. Girlfriend loved the view.

Felt like the toilet flushing pressure was a little low. The noise that came with it was quite frightening, but that might just be a personal thing.
