The apartment was very modern and spacious. The location made it very easy to walk to the city center or around old town. Neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible (but apartment is on the 4th floor, was not an issue for us). The apartment was comfortable for a short stay.
The carpet could use a full cleaning and it seemed the apartment needed some dusting. There was an issue with the bed, which we managed to fix but changing it could improve the overall rating a lot.

As stated by previous guests the apartment was as per the picture. It was light and bright even on a rainy day. Modern and well equipped and in a great location. Easy walk into the old town and places of interest. Cleanliness was not an issue when we arrived the place was clean. It is on the 4th floor so be conscious of that . No lift .
The only reason that I did not give the apartment a higher rating was the bed and bedding. It could be easily fixed by the owner. The bed was not comfortable for two people.

Sijainti oli hyvä, lähellä Tarton vanhaa keskustaa. Asunto on moderni ja rauhallinen. Parkkipaikka oli hyvä lisä asunnon käyttäjälle.
Ohjeistus asuntoon saapumiseen kaipaa tarkennusta: asunnon sisäänkäynti ja ajo parkkipaikalle tapahtuu Riia Streetin poikkikadulta (Pepleri). Vuode oli valitettavasti huono, möykkyinen ja vietti keskelle. On syytä uusia. Lomallakin on tärkeää, että voi nukkua hyvin.

The apartment is very beautiful and stylish, despite being located in an older building (don't let the staircase or entrance discourage you)! The location is excellent, with the city centre and shopping centres only about a 7-minute walk away. Having parking available was also a big plus and although there was no designated parking space, there was plenty of space to park. Check-in was quick and easy and communication with the host was fast and efficient.
The mattress could probably use replacing as it has a noticeable dip in the middle when laying down. Also, this might be a downside for some guests: the apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator in the building. This wasn't an issue for me personally but it's something worth keeping in mind.
