Das Zimmer war schön, modern eingerichtet, hell und sehr sauber. Der Küchenbereich, der allen drei Zimmern zur Verfügung steht, war ebenfalls sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man so brauchen könnte, um sich einen Kaffee oder ein kleines Frühstück zu machen. Die Unterkunft liegt fußläufig in den Ort und zum Strand. Das Auto konnten wir direkt vor dem Haus parken. Das Frühstück, das es im Lido di Pescespada gibt, ist einfach, aber die Bedienungen sind sehr nett. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Das Zimmer hat zwar einen Balkon, aber wir konnten ihn leider nicht nutzen, da uns der Straßenlärm einfach zu laut war. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der vielbefahrenen Hauptstraße und es gibt keinen richtigen Fußweg.
