Dimensioni dell'alloggio. Giardino e soprattutto la piscina di dimensioni adeguate e il solarium, molto curati e accoglienti.
Quando abbiamo segnalato dei problemi, l'agenzia rispondeva velocissimamente. il dialogo con gli operatori è stato molto efficace, anche se non sempre risolutivo.
WiFi non funzionava correttamente, se non solo nel soggiorno. Un climatizzatore non funzionava. L'assistenza rispondeva tempestivamente alle nostre segnalazioni, ma non è riuscita a intervenire in modo risolutivo su queste questioni.
Avremmo gradito maggiore disponibilità di saponi bagno e doccia che invece abbiamo dovuto comperare.

Beautiful villa, spacious and wonderful garden.
The villa itself is beautiful, in a lovely setting, and we really enjoyed our stay overall. Unfortunately, the experience with the pool maintenance was disappointing and did affect the enjoyment of our holiday.
The pool jets/motor stopped working and we had three days of maintenance visits, with several attempts to resolve the problem before it was finally sorted. During this time the pool was full of debris and lots of bugs, making it far less enjoyable to use.
We were also repeatedly told someone was coming, which meant we never knew when maintenance would enter the garden. This made it difficult to properly relax around the pool, particularly as we were staying with our 15-year-old daughter.
What was most disappointing was the response from the letting company. Although they acknowledged the inconvenience, they repeatedly maintained that the pool was still “usable” and therefore the issue hadn’t affected our enjoyment. We don’t agree — being technically able to swim in a pool is very different from being able to enjoy a clean, properly functioning private pool without the uncertainty of maintenance visits.
We appreciate that unexpected repairs can happen, but we felt the impact on our holiday could have been acknowledged more appropriately. A complimentary late checkout was offered as a goodwill gesture, which we appreciated, but it didn’t really address the disruption experienced during our stay.

Die Villa Emilia ist super gelegen. Nah zum Meer, ruhig und das Zentrum von Corralejo in Gehdistanz. Der Aussenraum und der Pool ist natürlich sehr toll!
Küchenausstattung könnte verbessert werden, damit man nicht nach jedem Essen die Spülmaschine laufen lassen muss. Kontakt mit dem Personal (künstliche Intelligenz) ist interessant, aber wenig effizient und etwas mühsam, wenn man ein konkretes Problem hat.

Location is great. Quiet cul-de-sac with a few surfers milling about. Pool area nice.
Nice to get spare sheets and towels for a 2 week stay.
Firstly there’s just a bare minimum of everything. Coffee machine that makes 2.5 cups of coffee (we were 4 adults) where everywhere these days has a cafetière or a Krups machine. Cutlery was minimal and very poor quality - bendy knives etc and sadly a common thing on rental holiday homes these days. The size of glasses (about 250ml) meant you couldn’t even make a decent G and T! We eventually went out and bought some glasses that we left at the property. The BBQ area had no way for us to clean the BBQ and get rid of ash etc.
The place has lots of bugs in it. Would be good to have anti mosquito nets or devices. Plus the lack of a hoover to clean up whilst we were there (2 week stay) meant the chore of sweeping up all the sand brought in from the beach became a total hassle!
Finally outside in the garden there is an insanely spiky cactus plant that is dangerous for kids (and adults) in the pool area. I accidentally nudged it and straight away had deep spikes in the arm. Seriously consider trimming this up like the others of the same variety on the property. If a child falls in to that it’s a hospital visit. I understand it’s probably indigenous but really should be removed. We had to make do forming a defensive screen with some sun loungers.
Whole place in need of some TLC (painting/new bathroom/new kitchen/update consumables)
