The hotel is very well located; it is close to the train station and city center. The location I find really good!
First late Check in time which is at 15:00 and early check-out at 11:00.
Second, it has self-check in (digital) which is not comfortable and creates queues and the help of receptionist.
No Air conditioning meaning it was very hot, no room cleaning service. Overall service I would evaluate as low. Nobody changed anything during the days of our stay. Even towels were said that we should change on our own and find somewhere on the shelf (we could not find).

Great location for the old part of Neuchatel.
Car park access was very tight. Room was sparsely decorated and just functional.

Room was clean. Location is good
The check-in was a real challenge. My legal name contains a "-" however that is not acceptable for the check in system. The prompts are poorly translated and difficult to understand as are the emails. It took a long time, and there are no staff in the evening, to navigate through the check-in process, worst-ever check-in!
