Only the Location
-There was no Balcony, you can call it open window but for sure not a balcony.
- dirty mugs in the kitchen, unusable kettle that needed to be renewed
- the bathroom was horrible, there is no waste bin, it's way too small, and the shower was problematic and not comfortable at all, the water went everywhere and the hot water was burning even when it's on cold!!! And Not enough towels, And there were some ants also.
-My lip gloss fell and rolled under the bed, and it was very very dusty under there, it could be easily been vacuumed!
It's my second visit to Girona and this time I chose an apartment with a bit higher price and better score but apparently it was a very bad choice!
I shared parts of the things with the owner and the only thing she did was sending me extra towels and asked if I want the cleaning staff to come and clean I said No, because she should do it wirhout asking, and she totally ignored the other things.
And the last bad thing, with no waste bin in the bathroom, and ONLY ONE in the kitchen, she asked me to take out the garbage to make it easier on the cleaning staff! And to be Honest I usually do that in apartments without being asked, I'm fully aware that it's not a hotel but with the lack of cleanliness it was not fair to ask at all.
I feel like I paid for a 5 star apartment and got one with 2.
