Location is great - In Westlands, close to the Expressway and a very short walk walk away from one of the most happening streets of Nairobi nightlife - Woodvale Grv.
The rooms are on relatively higher floors, so the view out is great, especially there aren't very tall buildings very close to the hotel - yet. The open view of Westlands area is very good.
There is an Indian restaurant, Barbeque Nation - unrelated to the hotel, on the ground floor of the building which was very convenient for me to get vegetarian Indian food at any time, though it's a bit overpriced for what it is.
Housekeeping and cleanliness is acceptable.
It's not structured like a typical hotel - it is spread over 3 floors of a tall building. The three hotel floors themselves are not even a closed system by itself. They can be accessed individually like any other floor of the building.
The vegetarian spread at breakfast is way too limited. They also do not respect the need to keep the vegetarian food separate from the meats. I would not recommend the breakfast to a strict vegetarian.

We had a nice stay at The Crossroads Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for getting around. Overall, a good and comfortable place to stay.
The area around the hotel felt a little dark in the evenings, so we mostly used taxis to get around. It would also be nice to have a few more things to do at the hotel, maybe a small game room or some activities. Nothing major, just something that could make the stay a little more enjoyable.

It is very noisy. There is construction right in front of the hotel, and bars on the next street with music till 5am. In the night area is sketchy
