The administration side of the stay was totally excessive . I received 2 if not 3 emails with page after page - diwn to photos of the contents of kitchen cupboards so we were aware where to place things . A book onsite would have been more appropriate for all the instructions. I’ve used booking.com all over the world for a number of years and never had such a cumbersome experience before
Queen beds would be better for sharing than doubles

The attention to detail was amazing! Decor and antiques etc all excellent.
Beds were comfy and it was very clean.
Kitchen had everything you needed
Towels were tiny and pretty thin.
Tea towels were folded in drawers but were wet??
It’s a bit excessive to make people follow pictures for how to put things away in drawers on departure.
Water to west wing kitchen is not hot enough
Water pressure in east wing bathroom not good.

The decor was beautiful, the kitchens well equipped and beds comfortable. Great to have have a brazier and hot tub on the back deck. Great space for a group. Excellent communication from host.
Didn’t realise how much road and train noise there would be (take earplugs). The shower off the lounge was a little odd and not a very roomy.
