Full of characters. Very clean. Host is very nice and very responsive. Easy drive to the National park village.
A bit tricky for the kids to take shower with a fixed shower head. The area is not Kogan user friendly as no signal.

The old world charm
Where do you start with what we did not like.
It was no so much the property as it was the attitude and dismissive nature of the Owner, and his management agents.
As a seasoned traveler and with over 30yrs experience in the hospitality industry my wife and I know what should at least be included in a simple B&B for convenience (especially when it involves female guests) or guests that have travelled from overseas, that when they wish to wash and blow dry their hair. One would expect that there would be the basic shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer in a two bedroom guest wing...... NOT with this property - yet the owner and his agents thought it was acceptable for us, to of guessed that these basics would not been supplied and we would of packed these when we left Australia and brought them with us (no they did not disclose this in their description - you just have to assume it) at 7pm on a cold winter's night and your a good 20klm to a small convenience store that closed at 7pm !!!!! By the way - the adjoining guest suite had a hairdryer (funny that) I wonder if it also had shampoo and conditioner??
ANYWAY - FUTURE GUESTS - BE AWARE the property is nowhere near a shop for you to buy these essentials if needed and based on our experience the owner and management agents will not care....
IT IS A NICE Residence - just a shame about the rest!!!
