Perfect location, close to the historical Center and the beach but hidden enough from the noisy streets. The check-in was very easy, as well as the checkout. The apartment has an AC (though the owner asked us not to touch the settings at all). Great blackout curtains let you sleep in long.
A small detail: expect to stock up the apartment yourself, even the small things like soap in the bathroom. You won’t find sugar or salt either. This is not a huge issue but nonetheless an inconvenience that could have been easily fixed. Also, the “TV” is just a small computer monitor. There is good wifi.

The location is great
In booking.com I said I'd arrive by 3pm. Later I got a message saying "checking will be from 4pm". So I arrived at 4pm and ran into the cleaning lady who told me she was just starting and that the flat would only be available from 5pm.
Also the flat is quite darker than what I was expecting from the pictures.
