Would not recommend unit 15

Location

This unit needs serious updating and upgrading. There was only one broken patio chair which was reported on day 1 and still not replaced by day 6. Many of the same issues have been reported before and clearly not addressed- the door lock malfunctions with is a huge safety concern, the faucets leak, the ice maker does not work, the front lg stove burner does not work, all kitchen items are in bad shape and almost unusable, there is no extra bedding or blankets, the shower curtain is moldy as is the bathroom ceiling. The one amenity you do claim to have (a jetted tub) is not true, and there is no tub plug to use the bath as is. Also the building was being painted and very loud and dirty all day and there was not notification to expect this. Please consider the needed updates and address all problems as they have been reported over the past several months. I would not recommend this unit and will not stay here again.

Achtung: ich kann diese Unterkunft (Perdido Key) nicht bewerten, da sie kurzfristig wegen Baumaßnahmen nicht verfügbar war. Vacasa (die Verwaltungs-Agentur) hat uns aber problemlos in einer anderen, deutlich höherwertigen Unterkunft untergebracht (Palacio 0803). Diese war ausgezeichnet. Sehr kundenfreundliches Verhalten von Vacasa!

ONCE SETTLED WE TRULLY ENJOYED OUR STAY. AND W0ULD RETURN.

THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST AVAILABLE ON SITE. YOU NEED TO GO TO NEARBY RESTAURANTS. WE WERE NOT PREPARED TO COOK IN OUR KITCHEN. WE WERE VERY TIRED WHEN WE GOT IN SO WE WANTED TO UNPACK AND REST. WE ATE SNACKS THAT WE HAD PACKED. WE GO BREAKFAST AT A NEARBY RESTAURANT "THE BREAKFAST CLUB" BEFORE WE VENTURED TO WALMART TO PICK UP GROCERIES FOR THE WEEK.

THERE WAS NO ONE AVAILABLE ON SITE THAT COULD ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THAT WE HAD. THERE WAS A PHONE NUMBER HOWEVER THAT WAS ANSWERED BY VACASA STAFF WHO WERE NOT FAMILIAR WITH AREA IN WHICH WE WERE STAYING, THEREFORE THE COULD ONLY ANSWER GENERAL QUESTIONS THAT WOULD APPLY TO ALL PROPERTIES.

Overall it was a great stay.

It was great very roomy.

Bed is awful. No way to sweep things up. Vacuum was not working right kept blowing out what we vacuumed up. There is a drip in the bathtub we couldn’t stop.

Location

No toilet paper or paper towels. The door to the dryer had to be taped closed to use it and wouldn't stay closed The mattress on the king-size bed was like sleeping on plywood. Requested more towels because it was 3 of us. Two of us are disabled. The bathroom shower curtin had mold all over the bottom of. We put the inner shower liner in it.

Our stay was fantastic! The view from the balcony was beautiful. Not very high up tho.

The view was amazing! The condo looks just like the pictures shown. It was perfect for my children and I. We didn’t want to leave on the 4th day. It was great!

I forgot extra blankets so we only had what was there. Their blankets were fine just thin and not what we are use to. The only thing I didn’t like about the condo is the door. There isn’t a lock on the inside so if anyone knows the code they can come in whenever they please. Also, the door didn’t want to close. Like when you would pull the handle from the outside it would still open. I would have to pull several times to get it to latch so I didn’t like that. I never felt unsafe but I would have felt better knowing the door shut properly and that there was a lock!

Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Perdido Sky and would definitely recommend staying there. 😊

Location as well as nice looking, clean, etc.

Not able to get an extra parking spot for our guest, but it wasn’t a major issue. Everything turned out alright overall.:)

Amazing! The best experience thus far in my 42 years.

We used a door code & at first were confused & started to panick, haha. We had all the needed emails & info but was just new to this kind of check-in so wasn't completely aware that we get in with our emailed code until we started talking to some of the other guests at the condo. They were helpful & so was Vacasa when we texted/called them. All ended good. Will definitely be back, God willing.

we made the best of it but was very disappointed in the lack of empathy or resolution to any of the issues at hand.

the property and location are great. I’ve stayed here several years and recommended to my group. my unit was horrible this time. Dirty, no lock from inside, sofa bed was broken, staff never called when I complained. Maintenanece never came to fix it. I was told I’d receive a refund for the cleaning fee and inconvenience of the sofa bed, but that hasn’t happened either.

the actual property isn’t bad. they need to fix the hose on the boardwalk though. lots of sand in the pool.

The location was great. we were able to stay in contact with a person directly.

maintenance coming in a day before we left to re install new doors and windows. i have a severe asthmatic child and the dust was terrible. Cleaning crew came in at 845 to start cleaning. we weren't due to check out until 10. that was extremely aggravating considering the price we paid to stay here.

I was put in a different room than I booked. The bathtub drained very slow allowing water to back up when taking a shower.
