Perfect place to stay to reach the hiking trails
I never got the email with my key code and didn’t know I was supposed to do getting that all ironed out was awkward.

One room cabin with excellent views across the fjord and very conveniently located next to the local Grill for evening dinner. No breakfast, although there is a 24/7 self serve convenience store 5 minutes walk down the road. Superb location for hiking Heston & Segla as you walk straight from the property. Free parking on site. Shower was good.
Room feels slightly small but that's partly because it is well furnished. However, we had one evening of fine weather which enabled us to sit on the balcony...very nice.

Great location right at the foot of Segla and Hesten hikes. Easy check-in and friendly owner and staff. Parking available right in front of the room. Netflix TV was a nice option for bad weather. Water was hot and basic amenities in the room (cutlery, plates). Really nice welcome gifts like Prosecco and a headband.
Smell of frying oil in the air from 11 to 22:00. Loud ventilator from restaurant (maybe pick the room furthest away). Windows are see through, so you have to pull the curtain for privacy, then there is no natural light in the room. OK clean but worse than in other accommodations of this price range we stayed at.
