Deluxe apartment A9 excellent, location excellent,
Keily the reception person, we go often to the Ritz, she is amazing her costumer service performance cannot be better, she will go out of her way to make sure you will be fine
the pool was dirty pond water was green, we heard other guests saying,
This is unacceptable, and unhealthy, WE THINK THE SAME WAY for us the pool is the main attraction, WE COULD NOT EVEN USE IT.

The room was amazing. The hotel is ubicated near of Punda.
The AirCo didn'f funcionate well, but it doesn't mean that room was hot.

Yhe short walking distance between the facility and downtown Willemstad.
The facility's refusal to grant me the full 7 nights for which I paid, after the airline got me to the island a day late.
