That the jacuzzi wasn’t warm!!!!! That was on of the things that why we choose Ritz for our wedding anniversary.

The room was amazing. The hotel is ubicated near of Punda.
The AirCo didn'f funcionate well, but it doesn't mean that room was hot.

The peace and quitness, where it was situated/location. Big space, and as extra a small kitchen!
The reception, the first one wasn't friendy, the other one was.

Yhe short walking distance between the facility and downtown Willemstad.
The facility's refusal to grant me the full 7 nights for which I paid, after the airline got me to the island a day late.
