The place is nice , flat is new but a little bit expensive for the location.

It was clean new and furnished

Location is great for us. Right next to our son's residence. Apartment is comfortable.

The sofa is not comfortable and the TV is outdated. No streaming available.

Door works through the phone. Once I learned how, it was a great option since I didn't have to carry keys.

Don't come with a bicycle !

Good apartment nicely renovated

There were coffee capsules available in the kitchen but no coffee machine ! We were very disappointed the owner did not bother to find a solution for our bicycles. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor

Me encantó el apartamento. Muy cómodo y limpio. Tiene aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, cosa que nos ayudó a refrescar el apartamento a nuestra vuelta de la calle con 37º. El baño, precioso y muy completo. Teníamos albornoces y zapatillas para estar más cómodos. La cocina, aunque no la usamos, muy completa también. Había cápsulas de café, galletitas, algún sobre de Cola-Cao, aceite y vinagre, que te puede sacar de un apuro

Por ponerle dos peros: -las escaleras de acceso. Son muy estrechas y uno de los techos del portal muy bajo. -cuando se calentaba el motor de los aires acondicionados metía un ruido intermitente que era algo molesto.
