Staff were superb. Room size and cleanliness was nice.
Aircon was not working during the night as think was on a timer and was too late to get someone to assist which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The restaurant was good but there was only one person working and it was busy so needs more staff. The biggest disappointment was the pool - you cannot use on day of check out hey said we had to book another night to use it in the morning - and although staff said it closes at 7pm when we arrived it closed at 6:3pm so we only had half an hour to take kids in the pool after a long drive

Kairos Resort & SPA is easily worthy of a score between 9 and 10 out of 10. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, while the cleanliness of the entire resort was faultless. The Wi-Fi was excellent, parking was plentiful and convenient, and the resort was wonderfully peaceful throughout our stay. Its more remote location also makes the surrounding area exceptionally quiet, creating a genuinely relaxing atmosphere. There are also some lovely restaurants nearby where you can enjoy charcuterie boards and other excellent local cuisine.
The only area in which the resort could improve is breakfast. The selection was quite limited compared with other hotels and resorts in a similar category, and this was the only reason I could not quite award it a full 10 out of 10. That said, it was an excellent stay overall and I would definitely return.

Nice room, okay breakfast.
The dinner at the hotel was a bit of a disaster. The cold starters and dessert for my husband and me arrived together and were okay.
As for the main meal OMG!!!
I asked for my beef filet to be cooked medium well and the waitress came back and said, that this is usually served red. I said I don`t care how it is usually served, I want it medium well and if the cook can`t do that, I will order something different. Then it was possible to cook it according to my request.
As for the serving of the main meal it went like that - First my husband`s fish arrived (without the ordered side dish of potatoes). After 2 to 3 minutes my vegetable side dish arrived. After app another 5 minutes the potatoes for my husband arrived. By that time he was already two thirds finished with his meal. I asked if my vegetables are meant to get cold and me still waiting for the beef filet. So the waitress took my vegetables away to be reheated. After another 2 to 3 minutes my beef arrived and after another 2 minutes the vegetables showed their face again. We were 4 people in the restaurant so no big groups etc. For 130 Euros for the meal I think I can expect better!!!
We told the people at reception about this disaster too and they were sorry, but not sorry enough to for example offer us the 2 drinks (1 beer, 1 juice) from the mini bar foc.
