The Hostal is in a very good position at the heart of Segovia. I’ve spent 2 nights in a single room and I had a great time there. The room is quite nice, quiet and comfortable.
The staff is amazing. I forgot my headphones inside the room after checking out and they have been so kind to deliver my lost headphones to my home address.

Nothing not to like. It was good value for money for a Hostal. The decor was tradition but all essential items were provided

Location is convenient very close to the aquaduct..You can leave your luggage after check out.
The room was not clean. There are lots of hair on the floor. You can also find hair strands on the sheets and pillows. I wanted to ask to change the linens but my husband didn't want to be bothered as he is too tired when we got there and wanted to rest. Very disappointing to encounter this kind of problem when you're on vacation. Cleanliness should be a priority on all accommodation.
