Balcony area ,it was helpful having the air-conditioning unit as it was very hot
The kitchen had everything you needed. Just needed a little updating. The rest of the apartment was lovely

Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung ohne Mängel. Sehr schöne Lage über der Stadt mit schöner Fernsicht vom großzügigen Balkon. Ruhige Wohnlage, wenn nicht morgens ab 7.00 Uhr die Gärtner auf dem Nachbargrundstück einen Höllenkrach mit ihren Maschinen veranstalten, leider war das an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen so.
Die schöne Höhenlage hat ihren Preis: jeder Weg in die Stadt ist mit einem steilen Abstieg bzw. Aufstieg über etliche Treppen verbunden. Mal eben Brötchen beim Bäcker holen, ist so ohne Auto nicht gut möglich. Wer dort wohnt, sollte gut zu Fuß sein.

El apartamento se veía muy bonito y espacioso, reformado y cuidado, la ubicación es perfecta, cerca del centro a 5 minutos andando pero no en mitad del meollo, lo que permite que no haya ruido.
No hay aire acondicionado, ponen que sí, pero no. Es una maquina portátil que no hay forma de instalarla bien porque no hay por donde sacar el tubo del aire que saca del motor. Tuvimos que hacer un apaño con la cocina como zona para sacar el calor (cosa que no creo que sea ni segura ni recomendable). En verano hace mucho calor y tampoco hay paso de aire natural, las ventanas son antisuicidios y no se pueden abrir y la terraza tiene muros laterales (imagino que para la intimidad) pero que no dejan pasar el aire. En definitiva para verano no lo recomiendo, para invierno supongo que estará mejor.
