Easy to find, very clean and well run. We were very happy with the stay.
Had to contact them at the door basically as they never sent the password to enter the property. No spare rubbish bags for the bin.

It was very clean and spacious with good facilities
As it’s an Air bnb, you can’t leave your luggage there and will need to find a luggage storage facility

The location for us was perfect. Equal distance from Tenjin and Hakata. Several grocery stores and convenience stores are nearby making it easy to grab food and beverages.
It is not catered to guests staying for longer than 2 - 3 days. For example, very limited toilet paper and paper towels, no dish rack. This is only mentioned after the booking. Poor sound insulation, we were constantly hearing the guests upstairs walking around.
