The property is in an excellent location near Hakata station and right beside Canal city. There is an convenience store about 5min away. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. One thing to remember is paying the tourist tax. Bring smaller change or be ready to pay it with credit card at check-in.

This is my second stay at ALFACIO RIVERSIDE STAY HAKATA and definitely, if I have to visit Fukuoka again and have the opportunity - I would choose this place to stay again. Clean, quiet, safe, offers all the amenities for a stay. Perfectly equipped and maintained. With a view of the river. Wide space. Ideal location in the center of Hakata. Close to Canal City and about 10-15 minutes walking distance from Hakata. This gives many options for shopping and dining. There is also a budget supermarket across the river and 24-hour shops nearby. There is also a subway stop nearby to Canal City, as well as buses within a short distance.

Great for multiple persons, you can cook and prepare meals inside, do laundry and dry clothes. Price is cheap for multiple persons or groups of 6 above.

The room was spacious for 5 people. The place was very quiet and peaceful. Easy access to enter the building and room.
The distance to the Canal City is not too far. Walking distance to Tenjin and Green line towards Hakata station and Tenjin station. I would recommend this place for the place and the location.
