We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The pool was the standout, it was absolutely beautiful, and we spent so much time relaxing by it and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
The staff were exceptional, so warm, welcoming and easy to communicate with. They made everything effortless, and we also booked transfers and a couple of tours through Bali Super Host, which was simple and very well organised.
The location was perfect for us. Outside central Ubud, making it quiet and peaceful, but still within walking distance of great coffee shops, local warungs and other conveniences. When we wanted to head into central Ubud, it was quick and easy to get a Grab or Gojek.
The main issue for us was the beds, which were two singles zipped together without a topper, so you could feel the join and a dip in the middle, which made it uncomfortable. It was a shame, especially considering the price paid, as the rest of the stay was really enjoyable.

The Villa is nice overall. Our concierge is friendly and helpful in solving our problems.
We booked a in house spa in advance, the price was reasonable and the massage was really comfortable. Highly recommend!
For breakfast, we booked a floating breakfast. The chef came to the villa and made our breakfast in the kitchen. It's hearty. If you like taking pictures, you’ll like the floating breakfast :)
Facilities were all good. The water of swimming pools was clear. There’s also a water dispenser that provides clean water to drink and brush teeth.
We experienced water outage for two nights.
Thankfully, the staff solved the issue so we could take a shower each night. The villa proactively offered us 10% discount on total room rate as compensation. I thought it’s reasonable.
