While the breakfast lacked variety but staff were cooperative to arrange spice-less food on request . The view from the hotel was very good and Balcony room was great , but out of two only room had a balcony. Very humble staff who try to solve all problems . Can improve further.
Some initial issues like room were not ready. The daughter's room lines were not very clean. Toilet accessories were incomplete, and she was given a smaller room. The hotel location is on a hill but a high slope, and with a lack of transport in Dharmshala , reaching hotel by aged people is a bit difficult.

Nice clean and neat rooms with balcony and beautiful view from room. Well functional AC and hot water. Ample parking space and staff take good care by providing food and stay to driver. Good comfortable stay in Dharmshala.
The location is little uphill from main market so for walk to market is bit uphill climbing. Nothing shops or restaurant around the hotels. Breakfast and restaurant cleanliness was average.
