Service is amazing. If you need halal food delivery, staff would assist the order at the counter. It also has amenities such as washing machine and kitchen area. Accommodation is conveniently located beside the metro and other attractions.
All good. Will come back again to stay at this place if I’m back in Guangzhou

Pros
Staff reply very quickly to inquiries via WeChat.
Location is central. Non-smoking. Clean, functional. Kettle is provided, no pots and pans. Plenty of food within vicinity. GongYuanQian Metro is below apartment.
Washing machine in the bathroom, soap powder provided, no proper airy place to hang clothes after washing, had to improvise.
Cons
WiFi was patchy in the room we stayed at level 29.
No separate dryer nor 2-in-1 washer cum dryer.
Noise perminate from corridor into room.

A great location with a short walk to Beijing pedestrian street and great restaurants. The room was large and good value with the in room washing machine a welcome addition.

I like the location, it’s great with shopping mall next to it and lots it things to see around. Bus and train stations located next to it. When I made a request Is was considered and actionned straight away. Staff were friendly and helpful.
My charger burned due to the power socket. and they did not give me a replacement charger. I had to buy a new one. I requested a change of room because the aircon was leaking and we woke up with a room with plenty of water. I didn’t move hotel because I was with kids and a lot of luggage. The Rooms were not thoroughly cleaned every day. I had to request for the room to be thoroughly cleaned.
