Getting the key to access the apartment was super easy! The host provided clear, detailed instructions explaining each step, so the whole process was smooth and hassle-free.
We really enjoyed our stay! The location is great, with two supermarkets, tram stops, drugstores, and hairdressers all nearby. Having a parking space was also a huge plus, as finding parking in Santa Cruz can be a real pain!
Despite being close to the tram, the apartment is surprisingly quiet, which we really appreciated. It's also very spacious, both for a couple and for up to four people, and the kitchen has everything you need to feel at home.
One thing to keep in mind is the size of the parking space. We rented a Seat Arona, which fit perfectly, so I wouldn't recommend bringing a bigger car. Something smaller would be absolutely fine.
Overall, a comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a convenient location. We'd happily stay here again!
The only things we missed were extra bin bags for the kitchen and bathroom. We also noticed a sewer smell from time to time in both bathrooms. It's not constant, and turning on the extractor fan makes it go away, so it's manageable, but still something worth mentioning.
We told the host about it, and they explained that it can happen because the apartment is at street level and that they've already worked on fixing the issue. It's not a dealbreaker, but it's something to be aware of.

La atención de Noelia es lo más destacado, matrícula de honor. Disponer de parking, la amplitud del salón-cocina, la comodidad de la cama, tener dos WC. La cocina para nosotros fue fundamental: con todos los electrodomésticos que necesitamos: frigorífico, cafetera, tostador, microondas; suficiente espacio en los armarios, bastantes cajones. Vajilla y cubiertos suficientes para 2 adultos. fregadero útil. La mesa y 4 sillas de cocina muy prácticas. La TV p:p. del salón, adecuada al tamaño de la estancia. Nos gustó mucho la accesibilidad y la capacidad del armario de la habitación. También un plus disponer de un toldo en la terraza.
La única pega ya estaba solucionándola la anfitriona antes de que llegásemos y lo cierto es que, dadas las circunstancias, lo consiguió lo mejor que se podía. Un aplauso para Noelia.
Por otro lado, la puerta para acceder al aparcamiento tiene 2 pestillos, uno de ellos el ubicado más a la izquierda me resultó muy complicado de abrir, pero esto no desmerece en nada el resultado final.

Locatia excelenta, loc de parcare pentru o masina de dimensiuni medii, ai in apartament tot ceea ce ai nevoie, totul aproape nou, foarte curat.
