La tranquilidad de la playa, lo amplio y cómodo de la habitación. En general las instalaciones del hotel.
No me convenció del todo el servicio de alimentos en el restaurante.
Pero la atención excelente.

Los huéspedes dejan charolas con restos de comida en los pasillos y el personal del hotel no los retira por muchas horas ocasionando malos olores y mal aspecto

Staff was amazing, very helpful. I loved that the hotel was sort of isolated, with a pool and beach access.
There was very loud music playing on the Saturday night that I was there. A wedding was happening at the hotel. Sleeping was difficult. The other nights were quiet and pleasant. The shower head fell to the floor and I asked the room cleaner to fix it. Inside the shower head was mold and there was small amounts of visible mold around the shower, and inside the shower head.

The property is isolated with almost it’s own beach. Niece pool and beach area. Very closed to Mandinga restaurants.
When arrived staff, did not provide information related to request the credit card for incidentals, such as restaurant meals. The staff did not explain the amenities in the hotel and its restaurant .
Also the staff dis not provided enough towels for the party of 4 for each of the 2 rooms. They even requested to call main office.
It appears there is no security in the premisses, which make you feel a little uncomfortable. Most likely traveling with kids make’s it a bit concerning.
Conclusión: Reception staff needs to be trained to improve on customer service. Plumbing needs fixing. Security many need to be improved.
Cost wides: compared to prices in Hotels from Cancun with similar amenities and location. It is a bit pricey. I guess this is more an experience with Booking.com compared to Expedia.furthermore the room had a sewage oddor. The room had rubber covers to reduce that, but that is not a fix and does not prevent from the oddor to spread in the room.
