The apartment was clean and spacious. View of the pool and the beach was nice.
The loud music from Deck270 Tapas Ocean Lounge.
I feel residence should have a wrist band so that employees don't have to stop you as you are walking to the pool asking questions. There should be some recognition that you are staying there versus the outside walk-ins.
Serving buffet breakfast on time should be essential. We had an early flight and we're at the dinning by 7am as that's when we were told breakfast starts. All the food hadn't been brought out. Even by 7:15am...we finally left for the airport as we couldn't wait any longer. That was a huge disappointment to say the least.

First time at this wonderful hotel. The staff was very helpful, starting from the airport transfer until departure. We had an apartment with a huge terrace, overlooking the beach. I recommend anyone visiting the Shanzu Beach area to stay at this hotel.
