The hospitality and the simple nature of the hotel was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The common room was very comfortable and enjoyable.
The bathroom, combining the shower and toilet was a bit awkward. Nice hot water though.
They admit the wifi is iffy and that is on target. We could connect in the common room, but nowhere else.

Location is fabulous.Staff were very friendly, in fact they went above and beyond....I mistakenly booked the wrong night and despite being outwith the cancellation period, they organised a room for me on the correct night and were very understanding about my mistake
Toilet door had a magnetic lock but it didn't work, privacy a little odd but thats the only complaint I have

breakfast cereal provided and we could eat in room. Would have been good to have toast and butter / marmalade.
The shower in the room did not work - when turned on, no water came out. Also the wash basin plug did not work so we could only have the tap running.
