Good location, in the center, walking distance to main attraction. Just on a busy road, difficult for taxi to park but you don’t hear the traffic since the rooms face the other side of the building. Everything was clean, access was very convenient and easy.
The bed definitely needs some fixing, it made sounds with every movement. The entry doors don’t seen very sturdy, was afraid someone could just walk in.

Everything you expect in a good way!
The day of check in no one was responding until couple hours before check in so it had me worried a bit but they handled the situation very well afterwards!

Super cozy room, I loved how comfortable the bed is and the overall cleanliness. The location is great, plenty of coffee shops around just nextdoors from UTCNHUB but also very quiet and no street noise can be heard. The host is very kind and provided the invoice very rapidly which was greatly appreciated. I forgot to check the facilities beforehand and had an iron with me so for those who need it, there's an iron, an iron table and hair dryer so that's a plus :). Totally recommend!
I guess having a tiny tiny disposable sponge for the cups/glasses would be nice, as a suggestion :)

Room looks nice and is really big. It is close to old town and quiet. Airconditioning is working fine. Despite there is no breakfast there are coffee shops just few meters from the apartment.
Room was big and nice but...
1. Bad parking
2. No hot water for one night
3. Room is dark
4. Window is to hallway (Luckily blurred)
5. Coffee pods for one morning only
6. 4 nights and no new towels
7. Smoking area under other room window
8. Light at the smoking area is turning off really fast and you have to trip like a junky all the time to keep it on.
