Upon arrival I was disappointed because what I thought (based on pictures and description) to be a room in some kind of duplex, with a kitchen and living area happened to be just a room with access to a shared kitchen. Not much pans or cookware if you want to prepare your own dinner. I had booked 3 nights but came easily to an agreement with Antonella to reduce to 2 nights without penalties. The pool was great and big enough to properly swim. The restaurant Osteria 2 mins walk from the villa was very nice and the food was simple and great. In general the stay was very good and the host very nice and understanding and the breakfast was simple and very good.
No pool view (contrary to what is advertised on booking)
WiFi doesn't work outside of the room (not even on the balcony).
The beds were not very comfortable
To the hist defence she showed me the Italian version of the room description and it was clearly stated that it was a shared kitchen

Service from the host, having a parking is a great plus and in the heat of August the AC in the rooms was a lifesaver.
The location is 10 min walk to Pompei ruins, it is also next to the train station and highway, but quiet enough too sleep deeply at night
Pool could use more care. My kids touched clorum that was left outside open and we were told that it was safe to swim with the robot cleaner inside the pool, even after the cleaner finished the pool had streaks of algae at the bottom.

the property had a great pool area , large balconies that would always catch the sun and safe secure gates .
the address on booking isn’t right , I’ve seen others comment but even the taxi driver was perplexed - the address is 16 traversa I Di Via Casone - very near to the address but took my taxi driver 30mins to find .
the door for our room was off the main stairs and had glass panelling meaning light and noise came through - the first morning when people ate breakfast it woke us up and they weren’t even being particularly loud .
there is no taxi service around - must be able to walk everywhere
