The location was perfect, right across from the entrance to the old city site. Dino was wonderful. The air-conditioner worked well. Fresh croissants each morning. Lots of good dining options very close within walking distance.
Fruit for breakfast. Had yogurt, would have liked fruit, also.

Dino, the owner, clearly loves what he does. First and foremost, at no point did he solicit a review, unlike almost every other hotel / lodging we did in this trip. He has an absolutely gorgeous, well-decorated home. He has a deep knowledge of everything in Pompei and is very vested in providing his customers with the best experience possible.
Not unique to his establishment: it would be nice if breakfast included some kind of egg dish offering (scrambled eggs or boiled eggs). Out of the 5 lodgings we used in various parts of Italy, only two offered eggs in their breakfast; the rest, including this one, didn't.
That said, the breakfast at this lodging had a lot of variety otherwise (croissants, muffins, cereal).
We just would've appreciated more protein before we went trekking through Pompei. :)

Dino our host was fantastic. He shared his knowledge of the area and the pompei ruins. He was always so helpful.
