When you walk in you get a wow factor. The room is amazing. Very spacious with large TV and two small balconies. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. Very close to train station and local attractions. Very nice restaurant below the property.
The property is on a very busy road and the traffic can be noisy.

Location being near to the train station
The AC was a bit underpowered and was sufficient to cool the room during the hot days during our stay. The shower drain wasn’t very free flowing , if I were to have a longer shower I would have likely flooded the bathroom.

The location was excellent for local eateries and the archaeological park. Our host was friendly and responsive, the room was big and airy, and I enjoyed having the balcony.
The mattress could do with an update, but more so the pillows. The rain hood in the shower did not work properly as tended to shoot water across the ceiling, had to use the hand held showerhead instead to get washed which was a shame. There is a lot of calc/limescale build up which I assumed may be part of the problem as this was also detrimental to the sink tap aerator too. A simple descale every other month would help fix the problem, although I do understand the reason as too why there would be such hard water so close to a volcano. This all said it was still a pleasant stay, but a few simple changes could have elevated it so say this constructively.
