Perfect accomodation and service for a business trip

The staff were friendly and helpful, the property was neat and the room was very clean and comfortable.
The other guests were problematic overall (it was a Friday night), some guests at the property had a 'party' close to our room at a shared table area and were very loud while drinking and talking, we couldn't sleep well due to the noise which exceeded the 10pm noise rule and continued well into the early hours of the morning. Secondly, the guests above our room were also loud, the occupants were up all night and it sounded like stomping and furniture moving often which was very loud, they only quietened down around 4am. We booked the place for a night of rest among moving our fathers house and we didn't end up resting at all. I wish the rules were enforced more that's all.

Location, security and friendly security personnel at the gate. The complementary salad lettuce is a really nice and welcoming gesture. Good quality and clean linen
Showers have have mould and need to be either revamped or cleaned deeply
