A well-equipped self-catering unit, with a comfortable bed, good linen, pillows, etc. The kitchen was adequately equipped with utensils, cutlery, crockery, stove plates, microwave oven, a large fridge, and has adequate working surfaces. It has a comfortable L-shaped couch as well as a study-type table and chair. Upon arrival, there was a freshly home-baked banana loaf, which was a pleasant surprise. The unit is only a few minutes drive from Eugene Marais Hospital, as well as close to major shops and shopping centres/malls in the Northern suburbs of Pretoria. The hostess, Linette, is close at hand, should anything be needed. Shaded, secure on-site parking is available. This self-contained unit has all you would require!

Liked the private entrance and the cleanliness.
The couch and bed were uncomfortable. The TV was too high. Poor heating appliance.

The shower.
I was very disappointed with my stay. The bedding was old, worn, and appeared to be of poor quality, which did not meet the standards I would expect from a hotel or bed-and-breakfast establishment. There was no extra blanket provided, and the room was not serviced or cleaned during the duration of our stay.
The photographs displayed on the website do not appear to be recent, as the property is noticeably more run-down than the images suggest. Unfortunately, this created expectations that were not met upon arrival.
Considering the amount I paid, I do not believe the accommodation offered good value for money. I travel extensively and, regrettably, this is not a place I would recommend to friends, family, or fellow travellers.
