We liked the little welcome package of milks and tea etc. We enjoyed the location of the cottage and clear instructions on how to enter. Thank you for that..
Please can you look into getting some sort of grab rail in your shower area as it was quite a high bath to step over for my older parents and there really wasn’t anything to hold onto, even I slipped slightly.

Location was superb as it was in a quiet spot very close to the Keswick Convention site. Very close to Keswick town with plenty of great shops and restaurants. Also right next to Booths carpark/shop. With one of our group unable to walk long distances, this was in an ideal spot for us. Keys were available at the property on arrival and we were able to book in/out on the iPad and find out some additional information about the area. There was one numbered car space for the property and extra ‘visitor’ spaces available for an additional car if needed and if empty. Lovely to not have to worry about finding a parking space in Keswick. House lovely and clean and there was a small welcome pack with dish washer tablets, tea, coffee, milk sachets, sugar, sponge, dishcloth, biscuits. Towels were provided, +hand towel and tea towel for kitchen. Great shower. Hair dryer and washing machine also available, though we didn’t need to use them.
Single Beds were a bit hard. They were on wheels that easily moved when you tried to sit on the bed, so you need to be a bit careful, we thought they needed safety brakes or wheel cups. Property is right next to the carpark, so people and dogs tend to walk close across the grass in front the lounge door. There isn’t a washing line or anywhere to hang wet clothes/washing.
