Clean and quiet, with smooth check-in/check-out and very responsive, helpful communication.
The bathroom was separate from the room, and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but we still had a good night’s rest given the quiet.

Стаята беше удобна и чиста. Собственикът ни упъти доста ясно и точно и много бързо намерихме местоположението без да се лутаме. Въпреки че полетът ни закъсня и пристигнахме след полунощ имаше кой да ни отвори и се настанихме сравнително бързо. Собственик ни беше много любезен и отзивчив за което му благодарим! Имаше всичко необходимо за престоя ни.
Общата тераса може да се превърне в малко кътче за сутрешно кафе.

Camera molto accogliente, ben arieggiata e ben curata. Mirko, il ragazzo che ci ha accolto davvero gentilissimo e disponibile a darci tutte le dritte da vero palermitano! La posizione è più che ottimale, a piedi si va ovunque in brevissimo tempo. Parcheggio per l’auto anche facilissimo da trovare sotto casa!

Posizione e rapporto qualità-prezzo
Host totalmente assente, l’abbiamo dovuto contattare più volte poco prima del nostro arrivo per tutte le informazioni necessarie per il check in. Inoltre stiamo ancora aspettando risposta sulla possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in struttura post check out.
INAMMISSIBILE, comunicazione assolutamente da rivedere e migliorare!!
