This is our second stay at Mantra on Salt Beach. Both times we booked through Booking.com but the first time was via Mantra and this time was via the Holiday Management Co. Both times the stays were great and almost identical. The only difference being that instead of collecting and returning the keys from Mantra reception, this time we had to collect and return via the Holiday Management Co. office in Kingscliff, which was not at all inconvenient, but people need to be aware when booking to save confusion. We were kept very well informed of the process ahead of arrival and before departure. The apartment we booked was perfect for us. It was spotless and had a well equipped and very functional kitchen, a large bedroom with a king sized bed and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The ensuite was also well sized and perfect in every way. The Mantra facility is wonderful. It has a choice of pools, one heated, and one not. There are also tennis courts and a great variety of restaurants attached to the complex. Best of all for us is the location. It sits adjacent to a beautiful beach and is a very pleasant 30 minute stroll to Kingscliff and an equally lovely stroll in the other direction through the beautiful, and peaceful, suburb of Casuarina. The location is perfect for a quiet and relaxed recharge close to nature.

I have traveled a lot and stayed in many places this property was Spacious ,clean, kitchen had correct amount of crockery etc .. which most don’t.
Shame it overlooks the carpark 🙂

Amazing location/view
The apartment we stayed in is directly above the pub attached to the resort. We have a baby so sleep was really impacted with the noise and screaming coming from the licenced venue and made for one miserable bub for most nights, then days. It would have been nice to know this detail about the apartment and we would have picked another apartment, even if it meant not having a view.
