The location was perfect for events happening in the square. Felt safe abd secure. Host was helpful and responsive via WhatsApp. The tub was nice. Bed was comfortable. All basic needs met. The little outside table was pleasant to sit at for meals.
What you are paying for is the location, which is worth the price...but be aware it is very basic. Would have beeb nice to havev french press or pour over coffee maker. Not everyone wants to figure out and clean an espresso machine
But I also think this seems to common? The other place we stayed had the same thing.
"Sofa bed" in the US means an actual mattress that folds out from the sofa, rather than just a wide large sofa. Again, this may be a language term thing.
The youtube tv connection randomly worked and then didn't work but not a huge deal. We had wifi so we just watched stuff on put phones.

La proximité avec la place Unirii, l’espace de la maison était extra
Le matelas de la chambre est très ferme. La douche/baignoire est super, dommage pour la moisissure sur le rideau et sur le coin .

Die Nähe zum Zentrum
Der Innenhof ist ungepflegt und mit Müll vollgestellt. Die Badewanne weist Schimmel auf, und der Heizkörper ist stark verrostet.
Im Wäschekorb befand sich gebrauchte Bettwäsche. Wir erwarten, dass dieser bei Ankunft neuer Gäste leer und sauber ist.
Auf dem Wäscheständer hingen Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Es war nicht erkennbar, ob diese frisch gewaschen waren oder lediglich vom vorherigen Gast zum Trocknen aufgehängt wurden.
Mehrere Steckdosen sind nicht ordnungsgemäß befestigt und hängen aus der Wand. Dies stellt insbesondere für Kinder ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko dar.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung renovierungsbedürftig
