Wonderful accommodation! Central location, clean, modern, well-equipped, warm, spacious for a one bedroom apartment. The owner was very flexible with the check-in time, and made sure even extras, such as coffee, tea, toothpaste, extra blankets, pillows, dishes etc were present without any prior request for these. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. Would 100% stay there again!
The courtyard to be walked through to get to the apartment was a bit scary to pass in the dark.

The location is excellent. The apartment is beautiful
It would be nice with a sink in the “kitchen” area so we wouldn’t have to do the dishes in the bathroom sink

Ultra central, close to main attractions.

The location is very good. The flat is nice and it was clean.
The yard and stairs are extremely dark at night, so I had to use my phone's flashlight to find my way to the flat.
Although my early arrival at 11:00 a.m. had been approved, I received no instructions on how access the property -a lthough I asked myself one day before. I had to call the phone no listed on the reservation to obtain this information, and that person initially tried to redirect me to someone else. It is very strange and inconvenient not to receive basic instructions on how to reach and access your accommodation.
Once I arrived, I had to call again to find out how to connect to the Wi-Fi, as no information was available on that either.
The main reason I would never stay here again, however, is the property's refusal to issue an invoice when I needed one for reimbursement through my employer. Although I had paid for my stay in advance, and asked for a bill which they said they will issue, the property insisted on issuing the invoice only after my departure. I left five days ago and still have not received it, despite sending numerous messages explaining how important it was for me to obtain it.
Overall, I would not recommend this accommodation, particularly to anyone travelling for business. The lack of basic communication, poor accessibility at night, and failure to provide a timely invoice made the experience very frustrating.
