We loved the site, accommodation, hot tub and local area. The beach only a short walk away was beautiful and perfect for the kids and the dog. The site felt safe for the children to play out and they met a lovely friend. They loved the wee shop which has a good range of items.
The cabin is lovely and more spacious than others we've stayed in. The firepit and BBQ were fab to have and there's also a decent oven and everything you need in the kitchen. The whole place is very dog friendly and it made such a difference having an enclosed garden area around the cabin. Excellent value for everything and no excessive charges to take your dog or children.
The views were lovely, the surrounding areas were great to visit such as the Mull of Galloway lighthouse, and Ardwell Bay. Loved Portpatrick also.

Nice modern pid , with enclosed garden
Very disappointed with hot tub , water was dirty, when put bubbles on was a brown soapy scum on top , fridge wasnt cold ended up throwing out lots of food that had bought for barbecue as it was room temp in fridge, lots of flies in room , landing on you all night while sleeping., no hot water at sink to wash dishes, no toiletries etc ,very dissapoubted , certainly not luxury, the pod itself is nice , but I little more thought into preparing for guests before there arrival,
