Bed was too soft. See through window into the bathroom. Noise from other rooms carried

The Location was lovely, staff super helpful and lovely, the bed was really comfortable and a bonus of a fan. The roast dinner was top tier. Breakfast lovely
I dont think the carpet around the bed and floor was very clean, the radiator in bathroom leaked so floor always wet and shower head needs unblocking or replacing.

The breakfast was good, staff friendly
My daughters bed was broken she complained as it gave her a backache. They said they would change it. Instead they swapped it with my other daughters room, really bad and wasn't cheap to stop there
