Beautiful house beautiful location, very quiet. Out a bit but we loved the privacy for our group! will stay here again we didn't use the kitchen but everything was provided you could want!
the main bathroom needed some repairs to toilet and sink but it was ok. one of the upstairs bathrooms had a smell and needed some updating and water leaks on ceiling with master bath.

The downstairs bedrooms and bathroom were tired looking and could have been cleaner, there were MANY spiders and webs in the wooden bathroom and the downstair double bedroom, the webs had been there for sometime

We had a lovely family weekend at the cottage. The house and the grounds are exceptional. So much space for the 8 of us.

Beautiful location and gardens. Substantial size property with lots of space.
Cleanliness was quite poor, bathrooms full of personal products and showers dirty. Garden furniture to sit out in the beautiful garden and enjoy the sunshine was needed but not available.
