Property provided great space for 2 guests with a nice outdoor balcony.
Easy access to bus stops and train station to travel into Sorrento and Pompeii.
Comfortable bed, good sized bathroom
Property had a good sized fridge but it didn’t keep drinks cold. Only tepid temperature.

I love Piano-di-Sorrento as while it’s very close to Sorrento centre (just 2 stops and 10 mins by train) it’s quiet enough and pretty low-key so as to enjoy a really chill holiday among locals. It has its own separate vibe entirely and I choose PianoHomeSorrento for this very reason - great location and accessible to all the local points of interest. The Apt Room is very big and spacious with a large comfy bed and a Sofa in the living area, it has a beautiful bathroom and is very clean and modern. The walk-on balcony is a huge bonus looking down on the street-scape below. There’s a very large terrace on the 6th floor with spectacular views all around - the Sorrento bay on one side and the mountains on the other - it would be a perfect place to relax on hot summer nights and enjoy the views.
The Owner is very responsive and flexible and allowed me to stay a little longer on final check-out morning.
I really enjoyed my 4 nights here and would love to stay here again in PianoHomeSorrento on future trip.
There were a few minor issues regarding tea-making facility, need for a small shelf in bathroom (for soap, shampoo), but the Owner/Manager has quickly taken them on board and is sorting.

it was in a great location, just off the main street of piano where the shops and restaurants were easily accessible.
it had a washing machine and dryer that guests could use (€5 cost each) which was also good.
there seemed to be small constantly coming from the bathroom, that we tried to leave the fan on to air out but it just never went away. i am unsure what it was but it was pretty strong, i think it came from the shower drain.

The location is nice and the host responds to WhatsApp’s in a timely manner.
Nobody comes to clean the room during our stay. I guess if you stay for 2-3 nights it’s okay but I’d not stay for any longer than that. Also the very front door is broken which doesn’t fill you with confidence.
