The building includes secured elevator access, a spacious sun deck with grilling area, pool, and hot tub, as well as a small gym. Enjoy easy access to Waikiki’s shopping, restaurants, nightlife, array of activities, and more! This 2-bedroom/2-bathroom penthouse with ocean views sleeps 8. This top-level unit is located on the PH2 floor. Elevators available. KITCHEN/DINING This unit features a sizable kitchen with a brand-new full-size fridge and freezer, ample cupboard space, kitchen sink, oven, induction stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and rice cooker. Also includes basic cookware, bakeware, plates, bowls, cutlery, coffee mugs, cups, and more. The dining area includes a breakfast bar with 4 chairs and a sizeable dining table with 6 chairs. LIVING/SLEEPING AREA This home’s open concept living space features an entry way, full kitchen, sofa bed (sleeps 2), coffee table, and a large flatscreen tv. BED/BATH 2 private bedrooms / 2 full bathrooms Full guest bathroom features a combo washer/dryer, tub/shower, and separate sink/vanity area. Adjacent guest bedroom includes one queen bed (sleeps 2), one ottoman/twin pull-out (sleeps 1), 2 closets, flatscreen tv, and drawers. Master bedroom features a king size bed (sleeps 2), one ottoman/twin pull-out (sleeps 1), 1 closet, and flatscreen tv. En suite master bathroom with double sink/vanity area and tub/shower. OUTDOOR AREAS This unit does not have any private outdoor areas. BUILDING AMENITIES The Hawaiian Monarch building offers upgraded amenities such as a giant sundeck, pool and hot tub, paid fitness center (one-time nominal fee), paid luggage storage (one-time nominal fee), paid laundry (nominal fee). The building lobby levels also have a locally-owned coffee shop, car rental, convenience store and other eateries. Building has 24/7 security, elevators, and attached garage. PARKING This home does NOT come with parking. Paid parking is offered based on availability by the attached garage for a daily fee of approximately $40/day. Please note that the parking is not owned by or offered by us. It is run by a separate company with no affiliation with this rental, and prices and availability are subject to change at any time.
