Our stay at Elite Space was absolutely wonderful! The apartment is lovely, spotlessly clean, cosy and equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay in Niš.
But what truly made our experience so special was our host, Emilia. She is an incredibly kind, warm-hearted and thoughtful person who did everything possible to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She was always available, happy to help and attentive to every little detail.
We especially appreciated her help with making reservations at local kafanas. Thanks to her, we were able to organise our evenings and enjoy the authentic atmosphere of Niš. She took care not only of our comfort in the apartment but also of making sure we had wonderful experiences beyond it.
Her genuine kindness and hospitality made us feel not simply like guests renting an apartment, but like friends being welcomed into someone's home.
It is rare to meet people who put so much care, attention and heart into making someone else's stay truly special.
Thank you, Emilia, for absolutely everything! We will remember our stay with a big smile and would be delighted to come back again.
We wholeheartedly recommend Elite Space! ❤️

The location is fantastic. The property is spotless, cleaning facilities are not needed as they will arrange to come and clean. The hosts are very responsive. I’ve stated here numerous times and can say that they do take pride in the listing and making sure their guests are looked after. I’ve uploaded photos previously and can say there’s no need for new photos as there’s been no negative changes. I’m looking forward to staying here again in the future!

The apartment is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. Very clean. Easy and uncomplicated checkin. Emilija is a very nice and helpful host! She even booked a table in an authentic Serbian taverna for us. Thank you so much! We will come again
