The location is amazing, right at the city center. You can literally walk everywhere. The living room was large and comfortable and had a dining table, plus there was a child bed which I appreciated.
I expected more upgraded facilities at such a high price. The bathroom is very old and outdated, the sink had cracks and it looked like it could fall off. The radiator in the bathroom was rusty and peeling. The air condition is also very old and noisy. The fridge handle was broken. Overall the apartment needs some upgrading and a fresh coat of paint, and the balconies need a good clean. Some small touches would be appreciated such as a bath mat and a towel holder. All of these would be ok for a smaller price, but at this high price it's expected to have a fully renovated apartment. This one needs some work.
