Perfect stay right in the middle of the city centre. The location was excellent, everything was within walking distance. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

Location was great, facilities were great. Appreciated the bag drop of ability as we wanted to be without a suitcase when we arrived so we could see the sights and start the adventure In Haarlem prior to checkin.
Only negative is that you can hear other guests above you and entering the building during the night.

Great location, though a long walk from parking. Well appointed, Bathroom /shower good.
Not for the claustrophobic. Although the room was well appointed with fridge, coffeemaker, etc. Long corridor under 3m wide, can't watch TV from bed, No windows, room was ICE cold and would not heat until I realized someone had left the skylight fully open (about 4 meters up in a hole in the ceiling). No information about it and had to go online to find out what the switch was and how to use it. No onsite management. Could not get the coffeemaker to turn on. Lighting and outlets less than ideal, plugs near the bed were inset so that my power adapter could not fit.
