The room was really nice - clean, modern with a great bathroom and good appointments. The breakfast buffet was also very good, except for the coffee, which wasn't! The Concierge was also very helpful, with perfect English
The one thing which totally ruined my overnight stay was the HK$3000 security deposit. Not only was this a hugely ridiculous amount, but it was not immediately refundable on checkout, and I'm told the refund may take up to 15 days! Excuse me?? So you steal 3000 off everyone (why? Do you think I'm going to make off with the TV or something?), and then steal the interest for a couple of weeks. If you're doing this to 100 guests a day, that must be a nice little side earner for someone. I hated this and was made to feel like a criminal - and will never go back to this hotel.
