Very good location. Although a little bit far from the major attraction, the subway and bus system covers whole city. A lot of restaurant and shop near by.

Great location, directly advice mtr tseung Kwan o station. Great mtr mall and lots of food options. During thunderstorms you essentially don't have to go outside at all - very convenient.
Stayed in family room, very cool layout for the kids. (spacious for Hong Kong standards, one king and 2 futons up on the mezzanine). Not really any sitting area however, 2 bean bag chairs and cushions.
Room serviced daily.
Outdoor Pool is 25m and clean. Jacuzzi at the far end.
The building seems to have some issues with the plumbing/sewage smells-especially bad on level 5 where the pool is.

Nice interiors and good views from the room. Breakfast spread was good as well.
4 hours gap between check in and check out is too much. Effectively, they are letting out the room for 20 hours. They want you to ask for a favour (and give it) by allowing a late checkouit. The gap used to be 2 hours. Hotels are now abusing this.

I stayed at this hotel a few times already for the pass few years even before they change from Crowne Plaza Hotel. The location is main reason I keep coming back. It is situated right above TKO station.
In the past, I stayed at rooms xx11 or xx12 which is separated from all other rooms. This time, I stayed at x03. I can hear a lot of noise coming from other rooms. Very disturbing.
