Very nice hotel in a great location, but horrible WiFi and non-existent staff detracted greatly.

Location was perfect for meetings downtown and then food and beverages in the Third Ward after work. Room was clean and comfortable and very well designed. Lounge area on each floor was a nice touch.

The WiFi was garbage. Completely unable to maintain a connection, so I could not work from the room and had to go to coffee shops to get connected. The staff was friendly and helpful, but hard to find when I got locked out of my room. The number at the front wasn't answered either, so it was pretty useless as well.

No Communication Or clear signage about the fee

Beautiful rooms and hotel

*We had odd noise, and all nite. The sounds scare us they sounded like a drill and tried to get in our room. *Staff didn't tell before we had them park truck it was $35. We also gave a $15. tip to the staff before we knew about the fee .I'm not sure if the staff was short-handed. We only saw 3 people (staff) 1 that night we checked in, and she parked our truck but never told us. So when we came down to check out, we waited for a staff member to help us after waiting 14 minutes. She then got another staff member to get our truck. He comes back and then asks if we had paid .We told him online last night.He tells us no, no, for parking the truck.We said that no one said anything to us about this situation. He went to the other staff, and she said that there wasn't anything they could do about that and they would need a card to charge us $35.00. *We were also disappointed that the snow was not shoveled when it snowed, so it was frozen pails and footprints on snow. NO SPOT TO GET IN OR OUT OF YOUR Vehicle SAFELY .

Love the hotel and concept. Any opportunity to get floor mates together would help.

Location was great. We went out to breakfast. We live the large common area concept.

First time the staff member took us up and even introduced us to other guests in the floor. Encouraged us to meet others in the floor. That helped later in the eve and in the am as we wanted to share a drink and enjoy the common area. This time that introduction wasn’t there and the floor was really too quiet. How about a suggested happy hour? Or suggested common time?

Nice hotel, but hidden costs may lead hs

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable

The hotel directed us to a parking ramp and stated the parking rate was $30 per night. We were actually charged $52. I recommend they update their pricing so visitors aren't slapped with a more expensive charge than expecting.

Lovely.

The hotel and rooms were high end and beautiful.

I was just surprised that there are almost no employees around. When they say contactless, that is pretty much it. I've never stayed somewhere where you are just texted a room code and you go about your stay. Not sure what we would have done if we had an issue.

Amazing spot, would definitely stay here again!

The location is amazing, and the concept of this guest house is so cool and so unique! The style of the place is exceptional, it was so nice to put our baby down in our room and then hang out in the common spaces before we went to bed. The complimentary coffee and cereal was a cherry on top!

It was very loud outside Friday night until ~2am, since our room was on the corner with lots of window we heard all the noise from the outside and it was hard to sleep. Also the bed and pillows were not as comfortable as I hoped. The valet was sometimes no where to be found and even though we requested the car through the app ahead of time it was not ready.

The property was amazing. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, same with the shared spaces as they made me feel like I was at home and the location to restaurants, bars, activities was amazing!

Fantastic!

Really loved the check-in process. I hate going to a normal hotel and dealing with a front desk. Loved the automated text messages regarding the codes to the hotel lobby as well as the room. Overall, terrific!

Nothing. Thought the community feel with the state-of-the-art kitchen was a really cool concept. The room was great. Very happy overall. My girlfriend enjoyed our stay as well.

Beautiful modern new concept stay in Milwaukee

Beautiful space, modern and stylish. Loved the lux hostel concept (common space, i.e. kitchen, dinning room, living room with all high tech amenities for each floor of 9 private rooms of 4/5 star hotel quality). Staff very nice too and not overly expensive. Location is excellent as well, just a block away from Milwaukee Public Market. Highly recommended!

Valet parking is overpriced and the valet people are not on site (you need to call). Would strongly suggest to park at one of the lots next to the hotel. Bathroom could be equipped with body and hand lotion.

Exceptional

I would highly recommend anyone visiting Milwaukee to stay at Kinn Guesthouse. The location is so central and perfect for exploring by both foot and transport. The bedroom, bathroom and shared spaces were extremely clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Michael was so welcoming and really went above and beyond during our stay - thank you again! We were a little apprehensive about booking Kinn Guesthouse after reading some of the comments that highlighted issues with checking in and poor WiFi. However from start to finish, this was never an issue. The process they have in place is so seamless and WiFi strength was strong. After checking out, Rosa was able to store our luggage so we could do some last minute exploring until it was time to leave for our train to Chicago.

We experienced an issue with Booking.com while we were travelling which was a little stressful but Michael got it resolved for us so efficiently and communicated everything so well via email and text. This was very much appreciated and so reassuring.

absolutely beautiful floor delicious coffee and pastries. Served in the morning super kind and courteous manager, and all other staff. Since traveling here I have worked for Ken Guesthouse at each location and recommended this hotel to all my friends.

Really good hotel in the Center of Milwaukee. Very modern, spacious and new rooms to enjoy for the family.

Everything very new and modern. Fully contactless and selfservice but we had a bottle of Wine waiting for us when we arrived. In the morning really good coffee. Very close to the Milwaukee market. We really enjoyed the hotel.

Might be the only thing, is that instructions to get into the Hotel could have been better if they send them in advance. It was raining a lot and it took 5 minutes to get the code to enter.
