Exceptional

Easy to get to. Very welcoming & grand. Room smelled clean, was clean & spacious. Shower was great. Bed very comfy. Walking distance to every place we were going. Nice bar/restaurant.

More expensive than most, as well as the price to park being higher too. Was the HD Homecoming so had little choice but to pay it. Wish the bar stayed open past midnight on a Saturday night. That being said, we weren't disappointed. Very nice stay.

the temperature of the room was very hot and would not come down. prefer to sleep in cool not 75 degrees.

Great service and location.

The concierge lounge served a great breakfast, and the facility in general was well kept. The location is a convenient walk to the 3rd ward with nice restaurants and some shopping.

An upgrade from the old style coffee makers in the room would be welcomed.

Marriott does not disappoint. Warm & friendly staff, clean and comfortable....would stay again!

Hotel staff were excellent. My flight came in early. I had been up since 3am (coming from CT). They allowed me to check in early without hesitation (HUGE plus)! Everyone was friendly, accommodating & helpful. The restaurant and staff were great (had lunch & cocktails). Room was clean, bed was perfect for my bad back with plenty of pillows, and it was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Low lighting in bathroom made makeup application difficult (was in town for a wedding). Could have used softer toilet paper.

The staff helped with a booking snafu and we're very patient with me. The bed was comfortable and the room was well lit

The shower didn't drain well when I was showering and the whole shower could have benefited from a clean before i came in

Good location, it was clean - otherwise, for what we paid - this place absolutely sucked

Location was great. Some of the staff were helpful & friendly. Pretty decent breakfast bar. That's all the positive I can think of.

Let's see....the room was pretty small, like what I'd expect in NYC - not Milwaukee. WAY TOO expensive for the quality. Looked like it had been remodeled in the '90s. We could never get anyone to answer the phone when we called the front desk, concierge, etc. Advertised having a Starbucks, but it was closed. Room on the concierge (?) level - 5th floor looking at a brick wall. The WORST thing....$10/day for wi-fi (which is just stupid and ridiculous) so I used my cell - but the cell service in the hotel was HORRIBLE. Don't know if this was coincidental or by design - but it made working impossible. I know, I know - the pandemic has made staffing tough...blah, blah, blah....enough already - this place sucked.

1. Short walking distance to Summerfest. 2. Very clean 3. Beautiful hotel decor & room 4. Staff very friendly and energetic

Check in was at 4pm. I received an email from the property stating I could check in early within 48 hours a few days prior to. I did check in the day before and was given an option to have the room ready as early as 1pm so I chose this option. I was a little surprised to get a text saying my room was ready around 7pm. I didn’t have a problem with check in being 4 o’clock but thought it was nice to have the option of having it be ready at 1pm. Even if this wasn’t possible, I would expect that the room would be ready at 4 o’clock at the earliest since this is normal check in time. This is my only negative about the hotel but it didn’t inconvenience us at all so it’s really not a big deal at all. I was just a little surprised.

The concierge staff and the hotel were great! I loved the bed!

The property was clean comfortable and quiet! The concierge staff was pleasant and helpful.

It appears that a server/waitress in the dining area/cafe displayed signs of racial prejudice. She chatted with a male customer about personal topics. She then walked out of the cafe and had not returned. She never took my order.

Best option we have found so far in downtown MKE after trying half a dozen others over last 10 years

Great location. You also have some great staff. Brooklyn and Eldra at the front desk were outstanding. When our first room assignment was not what we wanted, Brooklyn got us another room. Both were also very helpful on checkout day. In EastTown we had great service from Joe and Kayla. Good atmosphere and friendly vibe.

Broken revolving door made access/egress difficult. It was almost easier to get in and out through EastTown bar. Also the noise level is less than ideal on lower floors due to the new street rail line (and the usual motorcycles, although that is part of Milwaukee).
