We arrived late, after 10pm, which I did communicate this to the front desk prior to arrival - we arrived and they originally did not have my reservation through Booking.com. This was resolved by the time I made it down to the front desk the next morning before heading to breakfast. We did have to spend our first night in an 'off-line' room, which was not terrible.
Lindsay the Manager at the front desk was AMAZING and so helpful throughout our entire stay. Any question we had, she was able to steer us in the right direction and her suggestions were perfect for our stay!
Being in the middle of downtown was EXACTLY what we wanted! Walking distance to ALL the FUN!
Communication between Booking.com and Hilton - for some reason the night staff at the front desk was unable to see our reservation, which was a pain, as we just traveled 6 hrs in a vehicle and all we wanted to do was sleep 🤪

well -- i was not aware there was no parking and had to valet our car for an extra $39 a day. But Vince was a delight, full of knowledge and a beautiful personality. The location was close to many attractions and easy to get around
the fact that I had to pay extra for parking, breakfast, there was mold in the bathroom that I photographed and the wedding party in the room next to us was very disturbing.
